We're ast the holiday's and now sitting in the dead of winter. It's FREEZING cold in the Capital Region and that can't be good for home sales. Buyer's are starting to think about home's again and we're starting to see some movement in the market. The Clifton Park real estate market (above $300k) is still pretty cold and we're all hoping for a recovery in 2008.
